Dance for Health and Wellbeing

I use dance as a way of helping people to:

  • be more aware of moving
  • move with greater ease
  • enjoy moving
  • find connection to self, others and their environment
  • have a sense of community
  • have a sense of support

I provide group and 1:1 sessions in community groups, care homes and in people's houses. I provide person centered dance / movement activities.

I am a registered (ISMETA) somatic movement educator, university lecturer in dance and health, and community dance practitioner with 27 years of teaching experience. I specialize in dance for people living with Parkinson's and Dementia.
