Compliments, Comments, Appeals and Complaints

Compliments

The definition of compliment is any expression of praise or congratulations (for the Council or its staff) that goes beyond positive recognition.

Cumbria County Council staff and members are always pleased to hear positive feedback when things go well.

You may have noticed an improvement in a service you receive or found that a member of staff has been exceptionally helpful to you.  A compliment may relate to an individual, a whole service  or to a piece of work that the Council has done, and it would be lovely to hear from you.

We have created a few different ways for you to share your compliments about our Short Breaks Services with us.  Please feel free to choose the option which works best for you.

  • If you have got a compliment about anything to do with our Short Breaks services, your local short breaks team would love to hear from you directly.
    Email: shortbreaks@cumbria.gov.uk or Tel: 0300 303 8165
