The Benefit Advice Service provides free confidential welfare benefit advice to residents of Carlisle and District. The help available includes advice on benefit, Universal Credit and Tax Credit entitlement, assistance to complete claim forms, representation at Tribunals and Upper Tribunal.

Bethel House provides both nursing and residential accommodation for up to 62 residents, many who live with Dementia and or other mental health needs.
