As a qualified, experienced Yoga teacher and qualified social worker, I can help you to help yourself with mental health challenges, recovery from addiction, managing chronic conditions and maintaining health and well-being. Sessions are usually held in your own home or we can discuss an alternative location if your domestic arrangements make this unsuitable.
