Sedbergh Primary School

Sedbergh Primary School aims to provide a high quality and broadly based primary education for all children in a safe and stimulating environment. We promote a caring and considerate attitude in all children encouraging them to be responsible and independent members of society.

We see our school as a part of the local community. We encourage children to take an active part in this community and welcome links with individuals or groups from it. We encourage children to take a pride in themselves and their achievements helping them to develop to their full potential.

Local Offer

Children may have special educational needs throughout, or at any time during their school career. The special educational need may be in one or more areas of the curriculum. Teachers take into account in their planning a child’s special educational needs and the provision made therefore enables them to participate effectively in all curriculum and assessment activities, in addition to broader aspects of school life.

Please find our Local offer in the Information section of our website.
