The Oaklea Trust's support is designed to give all children and young people including those with disabilities a variety of supported activities to take part in. Parents and carers can have a real break whilst children can make friends, learn new skills and have fun.
We work with funding from a variety of sources and in partnership with other providers to offer a range of activities to suit all ages, abilities and interests. Using local venues, we run a variety of after school term-time clubs and activities. During school holidays we offer a range of full and half day activity sessions such as bowling and fun days.
We also go on outings to a number of great activity centres across Cumbria during school holidays (download info on box to the bottom right of this page -these will be updated prior to each main school holiday) *See note below
All our professional carers are fully qualified and checked, so your children are in very safe hands. Referrals to any activities can be made by families directly or via Health and Social Care professionals.
If you live in South Lakeland or Eden and would like to find out more about the activities we provide and how to access them, please contact us or look us up on Facebook
