Tree Tops Children's Occupational Therapy

We are an established service with an outstanding reputation and Sensory Integration expertise. The Tree Tops Team are passionate about making a difference to children’s/young adult's lives by working in partnership with families, schools and health professionals.
Tree Tops Children's Occupational Therapy Team have been assessing and treating children both within our well resourced clinic and school settings since 2002. Children who access our service range between 0 -18+ years of age (and adults) and can present with a variety of difficulties and /or conditions:
- Independent Life Skills (dressing, feeding)
- Development Co-ordination Disorder (Dyspraxia)
- Visual Perception Difficulties
- Fine Motor difficulties
- Autistic Spectrum Disorder
- Asperger’s Syndrome
- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
- Sensory Processing Disorder
- Down’s Syndrome
- Cerebral Palsy
- Sensory Attachment Intervention
- Feeding Difficulties
- Sleep Difficulties
- Baby Sensory
Our work also extends to include children with challenging behaviours.
We also conduct training for parents/carers/schools and other professionals.
Tree Tops have two clinics: Eldon Road, Newton Aycliffe and Durham Road, Stockton.

We have two support groups;
Sensory Processing Disorder Parent Support Group North East England - for any parent/carer who has a child/young adult with additional needs. The group operate through a clsoed Facebook page and offer tips, strategies and meet regularly. For more information contact spdpsgnee@gmail.com.
