St Thomas' CofE Primary School

Primary school years lay the foundation for a lifetime of learning. Here at St Thomas’s C E Primary School we have developed a positive, family community ethos that really does value everyone’s contributions; understanding how important it is for the children that we all work together in partnership. As a School therefore we endeavour to deepen and develop strong links with an active Governing Body, members of the Parent, Teacher, Friends Association and the many volunteers from St Thomas’ Church which means we are able to enrich our children’s lives in so many ways.
We want our children to be the best they can be in all aspects; therefore we strive for academic excellence through a challenging, creative and inspiring curriculum. Our ambition for all our children is for them to be happy, confident, caring, knowledgeable and resilient individuals, who will grow up to be independent, responsible adults, who will make a positive contribution to our ever changing world. As a result, all our children have the opportunity to be successful and to excel in the knowledge that they matter, are valued and are important.
