We aim to create a positive, stimulating and happy learning environment through which all learners continually aspire to develop their potential to the full. We look to promote children’s academic, spiritual, moral, social, cultural and physical development so that in time they will be ready for the opportunities, responsibilities and experiences of adult life.
At Yarlside we have 239 children on roll aged 3-11. We are a vibrant, forward thinking school and we value the importance of our families and the local community. Our school curriculum is planned to be stimulating, enjoyable and fun. Activities are planned to be challenging and relevant to the needs of our children. Our ultimate aim is for all of our pupils to achieve the best they can, so that in time they will be ready for the opportunities, challenges and responsibilities that adult life will bring.
Visitors to Yarlside comment on how well behaved our children are; they are happy, engaged individuals who enjoy coming to school. We have high standards of self-discipline and aim to create an atmosphere where the rights and feelings of everyone are respected. If you would like to know more about our school or would like to arrange a visit please do not hesitate to contact us.
We want our children to enjoy coming to school and therefore believe that education should be interesting, stimulating and fun. At Yarlside this is reflected in the wide and varied opportunities that are offered within our creative curriculum and within the excellent resources and facilities that we have at our school.
