Local Offer
- Description
Pupils transfer to George Hastwell School at any time during their school careers, and most pupils remain until the summer after their 19th birthday.
Pupils are admitted at the request of the Local Authority, therefore the school does not directly offer places. Parents considering a placement at a school for their child, are welcome to visit the school by arrangement with the headteacher.
Once a place is confirmed, the new pupil will take part in a transition process involving liaison between settings and the family and visits to the school.
