Grow West

 row West gives people with learning disabilities the opportunity to gain work experience in a real commercial horticultural setting with appropriate support. 

At Grow West we grow a wide selection of quality fruit and vegetables that are sold to customers via our popular veggie box scheme, farmers markets and from our own on-site shop.

Additionally we have a 4 acre nature and wildlife area where people are able to develop knowledge and skills within a range conversation related activities.

Placements within Grow West will be time specific, outcome focused, contain clear records of achievement /progression and demonstrate a clear pathway of transition.
