Sensory Processing Disorder Parent Support Group North East England
Our parent support group offer vital support to our families and operate through a closed Facebook page. This enables everyone to chat, swap stories and meet up with the children. We have had sensory training and are in the process of planning another!
There are daily tips posted on the site for parents to use at home/school. We meet every 4-6 weeks with either our children, enjoy a guest speaker or just have some refreshments and cake whilst enjoying a chat. Even if this is not for you, the tips on the site will help.
Our three Patrons; Anne-Marie Trevelyan, MP for Berwick, Professor Joe Elliott, Principal of Collingwood College, Durham University and Dawn Dunn, MD of Tree Tops Children's Occupational Therapy are all actively involved in the group.
