Hearing Coronavirus Stories from People in Cumbria

Tricia Nicoll

Cumbria County Council want to learn from people's experience of Coronavirus and use that experience as part of their work to help make day opportunities as good as possible for people.

My name is Tricia Nicoll and Cumbria County Council have asked me to collect stories from people and families in Cumbria and find out how things have been for you.

We know that Coronavirus has been really hard, but we also know that people have done some amazing things.

I would love to have a chat with you and your family or the people you live with about your experience over the last year.  I can talk on the telephone, but it would be great if we could plan a video meeting and see each other as we chat!

I'd love to find out about:
You and your family - who lives in your house?

Who are the important people in your life?

What do you love doing (including things you can't do at the moment because of Coronavirus)?

What sort of things did you do during the day, in the evenings and at weekends before lockdown?

What have you learned from lockdown about what is most important to you and to your family?

What are you missing the most during lockdown?

What have you done during lockdown that you have enjoyed?

What are you looking forward to being able to do after lockdown?

If I had a magic want that could help you get something amazing in your life, what would you use it for?

If you are happy for me to, I'd also love to make s short video with you to share your story, but you don't have to if you don't want to.
