Library - Penrith

It's free to join the library and to borrow books and all libraries have a range of adult and children's titles. Library membership also gives free access to a wide range on online resources including e-books and magazines.  All libraries in Cumbria have public access PCs with a broadband connection. Every library member is entitled to 2 hours' free PC use per day, and most libraries have free wifi access.  We offer a home delivery service for those who cannot get to a library.
